Bought as a gift. Packaging was good. However, maps didn't work - only used back roads, not highways. Took forever, but reached support on phone (email response didn't help nor did FACs). They were nice but even the 30 minute downloads didn't work - returned for refund to Amazon and still waiting for refund. First time I've had bad experience with Amazon purchase.

This gps is amazing. the screen automatically adjusts to either day, dusk, or night; when it has recalculate, its incredibly fast; it has options for driving, walking, or if your flying an airplane; it says street names and gives directions in plenty of time; it allows one to zoom in so it shows even the little side streets; and it has so many other features... This gps is amazing. It is the first one i have ever had and is so easy operate straight out of the box. If I would have known having one was this great (especially this one in particular), I would have gotten it years ago and saved so much on gas and wasted time.

I have used the GPS several times. It works great.It is really good for expressway traffic when exits and turns come up quick. I like the wider 4.3" screen.

Can't wait to take this on vacation soon. Works great. Still learning all the options. Mounts easily on the disk and holds securely. Needs a little extra finger lift to break the seal when I dismount it each night. Easy to follow graphics. Great lane directions - stay left, then move right to exit on ramp etc etc. I feel like I'm in good hands with this unit.
